The Hicksville Gregory Museum reopening guidelines for visitors
During Your Visit
Entrance to the museum is by appointment and is limited to no more than 10 visitors (adults and children) inside the museum at a time.
Reservations must be made by phone (516) 822-7505 and are not confirmed until you receive a call back from the museum staff.
Scheduled reservation times and tours of the museum are as follows:
Tuesday - Friday: 10:30AM--11:45 AM; 1:00 PM--2:15 PM; and 3:00 PM--4:15PM
Saturday -- Sunday: 1:15 PM--2:30 PM and 3:15PM--4:30 PM
Walk-ins will only be allowed as space and the reservation schedule allows
Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
For the protection of all visitors and staff face coverings are required for all visitors over the age of two and must be worn to cover the nose and mouth for the duration of the visit. We have masks available if you do not have your own. Refusal to wear a face mask will result in denied entry.
Museum capacity is controlled and is limited to a total of 12 people in the building at all times (including staff). The museum may sometimes reach capacity.
You will be asked to maintain physical distancing and keep at least six feet from others, unless a close family member, throughout your tour experience.
Hand sanitizer is available in the gift shop, exhibit areas and bathroom for visitor and staff use. The restroom is single occupancy. Increased cleaning and sanitation will occur on a regular basis.
Please follow the instructions provided by museum staff and volunteers. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not abiding by these guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and other visitors.
